Here are a few tips to help you boost yours sales.
Those who post the sale info 2-3 times each day outsell those who didn’t by insane amounts. Remember, many people need to see information around 7 times before they decide to purchase. The KEY is to continue posting as you normally do in addition to posting sale info each day. Do your normal posts, adding in sales and charity impact info a few times each day. Make sure to vary the sales and charity update posts so it’s not the same tired line each time. Use photos or graphics as this creates more interest in the post. Share what products and contributors you are most excited about. Share what charity impact you are looking forward to seeing. Make it personal.
Craft a short video and/or an engaging blog post to get people to click through to our page. Share them via newsletter to boost engagement even more. It’s always good to have the sale front and center on your site during the sale.
Email campaigns are the best way to generate sales. Try sending out a newsletter at the start of the sale, midway, and within the final 24-36 hours. Campaigns sent on the morning of the final day — stating there’s only a few hours left—work very very well. Consider furthering your reach by suggesting fans forward your email (with your affiliate link) to their friends.
If you’re planning on emailing your subscribers a few times during the sale be sure to mix-up the content, feature a specific product in the bundle that catches your eye, and be sure to talk-up and share about the charity impact.
Set smart goals and try to stretch yourself to see if you can achieve them. More information on SMART goals is here.
We use these to help us be able to better promote, collaborate and promote as a company.
1Password
We love and use 1Password daily and typically multiple times each hour when online. It is one of those tools that you wonder how you lived without once you start using it. What is allows you to do is easily store, manage, organize and crate unique password for every service and profile you use and then access then all using only 1 password you can actually remember. This keeps your online presence as secure as possible and even if one account or password is hacked, your other accounts will be safe as they will all be using unique and highly secure passwords.
You can even have private and shared vaults and well as team and family member vaults. We use one Vault for personal things like our social security numbers, EIN, Passport info, CC info, etc and then share other with friends, business partners or family members with info and access we want them to have. All of these are synced and updated seamlessly either via shared dropbox vault or via the online software system depending on the version you decide to go with. There are even iPhone, Android and Windows versions of the app, so vaults can be shared, synced and updated across platforms.

ConvertBox
There are many opt-in options out there, but this is our favorite so far and it is available for a one time lifetime purchase!
ConvertBox allows you to easily create high converting opt-ins for your site. One of the powerful features we really like and have found affective is their Exit Intent popups, which watches for when it seems a visitor is going to close the browser tab or window and then gives them a popup to try and capture their information.
There is also the ability to lock some or certain content and require a visitor to subscribe to see it, enable full screen welcome opt-in screens and more. The other thing we love about this software is the ability to easily duplicate, tweak and setup A/B and multivariate tests and see which one converts the best. This has enabled us to get as high as a 60% conversion rate on certain pop-ups and opt-ins.

Thirsty Affiliates
We use this WordPress plugin to help setup and manage our affiliate links. What is allows you to do is instead of linking to a long and confusing affiliate link, you can just link to a really short and intuitive one. For example:
https://thirstyaffiliates.com/add-ons?aff=94c7bb58efc3b337800875b5d382a072
would be able to become
http://5day.deals/offer/thirsty-affiliates/
You can download and install the free version by clicking here.
The plugin also has optional one time paid upgrades like tracking, expiring URLs, Google Analytics integration and more. If you are willing to pay for it, it can be a great option, but if you want one with more features for free, we would recommend the free version of Pretty Link instead.

buffer
Buffer is a service very similar to Hootsuite, but probably a little easier to figure out as well as less powerful for power users. If you are a Mac user, buffer would probably be like iPhoto and Hootsuite like Photoshop.
Buffer is an online social media management platform. We use it to help us pre-schedule post to our various social media accounts via one central interface. For example, if we want to promote our sale three times a day on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc., then we can schedule three unique posts to go to all those social networks at the times we specify.
As our bundle sales require a lot of time and attention, this is something we can schedule up before the sale which allows us one less thing to manage during the sale, while still having a very effective social campaign throughout.
During our sale we are also constantly announcing winners for giveaway prizes and without this tool it would take a lot of time to losing and post up those announcements on each platform. This tool allows us to do all that seamlessly and easily so we can spend our time on other more important tasks. There is a free version that allows connecting up to three networks and has worked well for our needs, but there is also a paid option with more features and accounts that could be worth it depending on your needs.
