Files range from 7,000 pixels to 10,000 pixels in the largest dimension - the equivalent of a 35MP to 80MP camera.
Any program that works with JPG files can open them, which means pretty much every graphics program out there.
But to do an easy sky replacement, you will need to use programs that support Layers & Masks or feature Sky Replacement such as the latest Photoshop, Luminar Neo & 4 & AI, and the latest ON1 to name a few.
